Terms and Conditions – Mani Macramé

Mani Macramé is owned and operated by Annabelle Debattista, based in Tàrbena, Alicante, Spain. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Mani Macramé online shop via Ecwid.

1. Handmade Nature

Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, texture, or size. These variations are part of the charm of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped.If you decide to cancel after the order has been shipped, a 15% cancellation fee plus any bank/payment processing charges will be deducted from the refund.Once the shipment is marked as delivered, no cancellations or refunds can be made.

3. Returns and Exchanges – Defects Only

Returns or exchanges are accepted exclusively if the item arrives damaged or defective (manufacturing fault).Contact within 3 days of delivery with photos.Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging.I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion under the 3-year legal guarantee.

No other returns accepted.

4. Customs, Duties, and Tariffs

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and tariff charges applied by their country.

No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted if the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, import duties, or buyer refusal to pay these charges.The original shipping cost and item price will not be refunded in these cases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. Mani Macramé is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

6. Non-Returnable SituationsNo returns, refunds, or exchanges for: change of mind, non-defective items, hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings), or custom/made-to-order pieces..

7. Legal Guarantee

New products come with a 3-year legal warranty for defects in conformity under Spanish/EU law.

8. Product Care and Customer Responsibilities

Handle jewelry carefully. Customers must read descriptions, provide correct addresses, and check order details before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mani Macramé is not liable for indirect damages or misuse. Liability is limited to the order value.

10. Changes to Terms
