¤¤Liabilities and Responsibilities¤¤

Mani Macrame, owned by Annabelle Debattista, operates in compliance with Spain’s Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and related legislation.

We commit to providing accurate product descriptions, clear pricing including applicable taxes, and transparent shipping information.

Orders are processed and shipped with care; however, once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for tracking shipments using the provided tracking numbers and for addressing delivery issues directly with the carrier.

We are not liable for lost or unclaimed packages. Usually unclaimed packages are returned to us, but in rare cases, they may be lost in transit. In such events, no refunds or store credit will be issued.

We ensure that all content, images, and intellectual property on the website are owned or licensed by Mani Macrame and are protected under copyright law.

While we strive for an excellent customer experience, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold, excluding any indirect or consequential damages.

¤¤Taxes and Additional Costs ¤¤

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT at 21%.

International customers may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are not included in the checkout total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

¤¤Requirements for Using the Store¤¤

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms and conditions of Mani Macrame. Products are handmade and shipped by me. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and monitoring delivery using the tracking number provided.

Store purchases must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Orders are accepted from customers aged 18 or older, or with parental consent.

All applicable taxes, including Spanish VAT at 21%, are included in the price.

¤¤ Import Tariffs & Customs ¤¤

Please note: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, and taxes (“tariffs”) imposed by US authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs, and any import-related surcharges

¤ Return Shipments Due to Unpaid Tariffs:

If an order is returned to Mani Macrame due to unpaid US tariffs or refusal by the recipient to pay import charges, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

To reship such orders, the customer must cover the full cost of new shipping at the current rate.

No refund or free reshipment will be provided for parcels returned for these reasons.

¤Lost or Returned Packages:

Mani Macrame is not responsible for packages returned, lost, or delayed due to refusal to pay import costs or issues at US customs. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.

¤Customer Acknowledgment:

By placing an order for shipping to the US, you accept full responsibility for any applicable import tariffs or customs duties, and for any additional shipping fees that may arise from returns due to non-payment

By making a purchase from Mani Macrame, you agree to these terms and conditions
