Policy Around Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
Returns & Exchanges:
Accept returns/exchanges on ready-made items within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Lost, or Returned Packages:
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. For lost or delayed packages, contact us to start a claim. Packages refused for unpaid tariffs or returned by customs will not have shipping refunded; reshipment is at buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses or unpaid import duties.
